Over the past few years I have been feeling rather lousy after I ate.  I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and also put on quite a bit of weight.  I decided that I wanted to try to eat clean and see how I felt.  My biggest fear?  Not being able to eat so many of the foods I always loved.  This cookbook solved that problem.

There are 365 recipes in here, ranging from breakfast all the way to dessert.  I have a pretty big sweet tooth, so satisfying it while managing to eat clean is a pretty big task.  The pumpkin pie recipe in here is to die for!  I loved it even more than the pie I used to make every autumn.

Even my boyfriend, who is a fairly picky eater, has enjoyed some of the meals that I made from this book.

If you or your loved ones suffer from food allergies/intolerances, I highly recommend this book.
